Insurance partners Aetna, United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield (ppo), Cigna (PPO), Florida Blue (PPO) These insurances are addressed quickly upon booking your appointment. Please email us with any further questions about insurance, superbills or reimbursement for those not accepted up front. Sliding scale service is available upon request. The adjusted fees are based on the clients need for discounted services due to lack of insurance, non participating insurance or low income.
